The Boards of Summerfield Metropolitan District Nos. 1-3 will hold Regular Board Meetings on the fourth Thursday of April and October at 10:00 a.m. and the third Thursday of January-March; May-September; and November and December at 9:00 a.m. the Erie Recreation Center, 2500 Arapahoe Avenue, Suite 220, Boulder, CO and/or via teleconference. 

The Board will hold an Annual Meeting , pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), on October 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. via teleconference.
